Stars take care of business and open up their home season with a 71 to 49 victory over the Huskies of Ritenour. Urics King led MNHS with 18 pts as four Stars scored in double figures. Stars held a slim lead at halftime 27 to 26 and only increased that lead to 2 pts heading into the 4th qt. Harry Ballard added 15 pts, Freshmen A'Tavian Butler chipped in with 14 pts before fouling out and Jacoby Jones had a big 12 pts off the bench. Stars will be back in action at home on Tuesday night as they host the Pirates of Pattonville. JV game tips off at 4 pm with the Varsity contest to follow.
