The Freshmen Stars rolled to a big home win over the visiting Knights of Triad. The Stars doubled the Knights scoring in the 1st qt outscoring the visitors 16-8 with Quintin Hall having a big 1st qt scoring 10 points. The Stars would continue another fine 2nd qt and went into halftime with a 30-19 lead. In the 3rd qt the Stars played an even quarter with the Knights at 12 points for each squad, before the Stars stretched their lead to the final margin of 60-42 after the final quarter. 9 players for the Stars dented the scorebook with Quintin Hall scoring a game high 16 pts, Justin Minner added 12 pts and Marlon Owens had an excellent floor game scoring 8 pts.
